SOME ADVICE FOR MENTAL STABILITY

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.So please follow the rules and protocol of Government and keep Safe

*1*  कोरोना से जुड़ी ज्यादा खबरें ना देखे ना सुने , आपको जितनी जानकारी चाहिए आप पहले से ही जान चुके हैं
Please avoid News related to Corona as You are much aware of it already and please be safe

*2* कहीं से भी अधिक जानकारी एकत्र करने का प्रयास छोड़ें क्योंकि ये आपकी मानसिक स्तिथि को और ज्यादा कमजोर ही करेगा 
Do not try to gather information related to it can make you feel weak and Depressed

*3.* दूसरों को वायरस से संबंधित सलाह ना दें क्योंकि सभी व्यक्तियों की मानसिक क्षमता एक सी नहीं होती , कुछ डिप्रेशन अर्थात अवसाद का शिकार हो सकते हैं 
Do not try to over hyped it by giving  advice and suggestions as the media is already sharing information because the mental condition of everyone is not just the same it may cause stress , depression

*4.* जितना संभव हो संगीत सुनें , अध्यात्म , भजन आदि भी सुन सकते है , बच्चों के साथ बोर्ड गेम खेलें , परिवार के साथ बैठकर आने वाले वर्षों के लिए प्रोग्राम बनाएं 
Try to make yourself busy in songs,meditation ,and other recreational activities

*5.* अपने हाथों को नियमित अंतराल पर अच्छे से धोएं , सभी वस्तुएं की सफाई भी करें , किसी भी नव आगंतुक को 1 मीटर दूर से मिले ।

*6* आपकी नकारात्मक सोच-विचार की प्रवृति  डिप्रेशन बढ़ाएगी और वायरस से लड़ने की क्षमता कम करेगी दूसरी ओर सकारात्मक सोच आपको शरीर और मानसिक रूप से मजबूत बनाकर किसी भी स्तिथि या बीमारी से लड़ने में सक्षम बनाएगी ।
