1. Follow a Proper Schedule

To optimize your preparation for the important day, it is advisable to adopt a healthy routine. Make it a habit to sleep early and wake up early in the morning. Starting your day with a proper breakfast will provide you with the energy you need for focused studying.

Avoid staying up late as it can be counterproductive. Instead, maintain a positive mindset and refrain from worrying about unproductive moments. Remember, you are capable of succeeding, so keep dedicating yourself to studying.

Allocating an hour or two for relaxation is essential. During this time, engage in activities such as reading, sleeping, playing, or anything else that helps divert your attention away from the exams.

2. Solve Previous Year Questions and Topper's Academia Sample Papers

In order to enhance their exam preparation, students are strongly advised to solve previous years' question papers and thoroughly solve our sample papers extensively. This practice will provide valuable insights into the types of questions typically asked in the exam, as well as the exam pattern and other important aspects.

It is worth noting that some questions in the actual exam may be similar to those found in previous years' question papers. Therefore, it is crucial to practice as many sample question papers as possible to achieve a high score in the exams.

3. Mix and Match

Effective planning is crucial for a productive study day. Just like a well-balanced meal, it is important to include all the essential ingredients while studying. Avoid scheduling an entire day with only easy subjects or overwhelming yourself with difficult topics. To optimize your output, begin your study day with a lighter subject for approximately an hour. Once you feel warmed up, transition to a heavier subject or topic.

Dedicate around 2 hours to studying that subject, gradually increasing the level of preparation. For instance, if you find Mathematics challenging and English more manageable, start your study day by reading a chapter or two from your literature textbook for English.

Once you have completed the English portion, spend 2 hours working on a Mathematics topic. Gradually increase the difficulty level of the questions you attempt. After completing this exercise, take a short break before resuming with a topic that you are relatively comfortable with.

4. Consult Teachers and Experts

To address any uncertainties, it is advisable for students preparing for board exams to seek guidance from their school or tuition teachers. Consulting with these educators will help clarify doubts and enhance understanding. Additionally, it is beneficial to seek subject-specific tips from teachers and experts, as they can provide valuable insights to keep students motivated and focused throughout their exam preparation.

5. Be Confident, Avoid Stress

The presence of stress, fear, and anxiety can hinder exam preparation and have a negative impact on performance during board exams. Therefore, it is highly recommended to commence preparations while also focusing on relaxing the mind. Prioritize getting a good night's sleep, particularly the night before the exam day, as it plays a vital role in ensuring optimal performance.

 6. Self-Study is your Real Buddy

In an interactive session, many toppers from our institute, 10th & 12th toppers emphasized the significance of self-study as the ultimate companion. According to them,self-study has the potential to guide individuals towards the pinnacle of success by allowing them to comprehend concepts in their own distinctive manner. They also highlighted the importance of concentration during exam preparation.

7. Use Mnemonic Technique

Make short formulae or short sentences for complex data for all subjects possible.For example,

Sin = Perpendicular/Hypotenuse

Cos = Base/Hypotenuse

Tan = Perpendicular/Base

Take the first letter of the formula and make a sentence like – “Some People Have Curly Beautiful Hair That’s Pretty Black”.
